I found that working in the family business was the most work, most hours, most responsibility, most challenging, yet most rewarding and fulfilling job. working for the family business is (emphasis) getting a job…if you actually work.

Work the the UK as long as you can gain experience and when you return start from scratch family business dynamics is very different from other business models
