CEO Morris Denton said San Antonio is an important market for the company due to the high number of existing and prospective patients in the area.“We have hundreds of patients in the Alamo City and anticipate it will be one of our largest markets,” Denton said. Denton said his company will open a facility in San Antonio soon, though he couldn’t specify when that will happen.
Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation is building a 96,000-square-foot facility in Bastrop for growing marijuana. It will also house an on-site dispensary and is expected to open this year. A permanent Compassionate Cultivation dispensary is also coming to Houston this summer. Officials don’t have an opening date.
