I agree with MbongiseniNtim1. I pray the retrenchments will begin at the top level management as the Engineers are VITAL to ensuring service to the power lines and stations. There should be enough Engineers so there's no need for overtime. Keep your ground team workforce happy!

Cut benefits Pay only basic salaries And stop paying overtime if that's possible then save jobs plz
