For full-time U.S. employees, Netflix said it plans to offer a $10,000 lifetime allowance for travel reimbursement for cancer treatment, transplants, gender affirming care or abortion.

Nice gesture but how is this going to work without breaching confidentiality or HIPAA…? Will women have submit procedure receipts or other medical documentation? And why don’t they throw in paid leave too?
Yet they've made accomodations for expecting mothers and new parents...what use is there if they're willing to work things out?
