Nick Mitchell grew up in a working-class family, he was born in Yorkshire at Airedale Hospital and grew up in a little bungalow in Silsden in Bradford. Nick refers to himself and his family as working-class strivers, often working long hours and teaching him to do the same.

He went to law school in London where he trained to be a barrister but felt he never really fit into that scene. So, after a few years of just enjoying life and travelling around he was persuaded to become a personal trainer.
