Mida has confirmed that it does not run any Telegram account and stressed that it has no connection whatsoever with the peddled investment schemes on the social platform.
In a statement on its official Facebook page, Mida said it is aware of the existence of various false communication groups on Telegrams that are misusing its name, logo, and images of Mida officers. The investment development authority also advised the public to be cautious and not join any Telegram groups that use its name, logo and image.
