June's median sale price represents an all-time record in a database that covers 90 consecutive months. Some 335 houses were sold in June, down 10.7% from a year earlier.
In June, 48 properties sold for at least $1 million, consisting of 39 single-family homes and nine condominiums or townhomes. Florida's median single-family home sales price was $417,791 in June, up 21.4% from a year earlier. The state reported 26,687 single-family homes sold, down 22% from a year earlier.
