They can also arrange viewings and some will even offer to view units for you if you’re unable to make it. 3. Join a Facebook group. Listings are also constantly popping up on social media buy-and-sell groups or Facebook marketplace as well. It can be an intimidating task to find out what’s legitimate or if a listing may be too good to be true. Posts may not include useful information such as where a unit is located, if it’s an entire space or room for rent, and what’s all included in the price — if the price is even mentioned.
