You’re passionate about helping Black entrepreneurs and small businesses. How is that banking relationship different?
So now, when they need a loan, instead of going to some random bank, they can call on us, and that’s exactly what it’s turned into. If they need something, they know who to call. If they do come to us and we turn them down for a loan, we don’t just send them out the door. We take time to explain why they were turned down if that’s the case and make a plan for what needs to happen before the next time they come back to us.
