Rosewood Property Company, a privately owned real estate development, investment and operation company with a majority of its assets being in multifamily and self-storage, purchased the 18.03-acre site in Irving-Las Colinas back in May. The Dallas-based firm has requested to replat the property, which is located near the Toyota Music Factory and the Irving Convention Center, into three lots – two for multifamily uses and one lot for professional office use.
