She says it also negatively affects Alberta’s image, and will make it harder for Alberta businesses to attract young workers from other parts of the country.

Twice in 2 days while placing a cell phone call on Telus network, my call went through to 911. I dialed a residential 10digit number. I reported the problem and was told that it would be escalated. I have not heard back from Telus. Had many calls drop, even using wifi calling Have people with other cellphone carriers gone in and make calls? Do their calls go thru or drop? Why not try a different carrier?
