The planned Allen industrial park would include two buildings.Developers in Allen are seeking approvals for a new business park that would include office and warehouse space.

The almost 13-acre Texas-121 Commerce Center development on State Highway 121 near Watters Road would have two buildings with more than 140,000 square feet of space. Developer Heady Investments is seeking approvals for the project, which would be built on the south side of S.H. 121.Allen’s planning staff has recommended approval of the business park.

Heady Investments has a track record of building commercial developments in Plano, Frisco, Allen and McKinney.
