The luncheon opened with lawyers Julie MacPhee and Kristen Stallard from Patterson Law giving a brief but informative look at employment contracts with some sage advice for business owners in attendance.If there was one key takeaway from MacPhee's portion of the presentation it would be her assertion that it’s essential for employers to ensure an employment contract includes a termination clause.
