British care company fines workers £50 for calling in sick

I’ve been a caregiver for 16 years. When you care for sick people you get sick. I have actually been walking out the door to go to work and suddenly got sick. Vomiting. No 2 hours notice. That’s real life. The guilt of your patients going without your care is punishing enough.
