Some of u need to learn what an actual hostile takeover is. The Board/management of SM are against the acquisition. Hybe bypassed them and dealt directly with Lee Soo-Man a shareholder. That is the legal definition of a hostile takeover 😭 it don’t matter if LSM reached out first
