The last time Fox had to defend itself, it won by convincing a jury it was not to be taken seriously. Fox is not even reporting on this.

1) The suit is in no way an 'existential threat' to Fox News. If Dominion wins, they probably wouldn't get that much, and if they did, Fox could easily cover it. 2) The latest tranche of discovery released doesn't specifically mention Dominion and so doesn't go to defamation.

It should also give DOJ reason to look into whether Fox coordinated with foreign enemies or if they were unattributable proxies, like our intelligence community concluded?
