High Haven Dispensary, LLC is locating a marijuana dispensary at the Darien Plaza, 8131 Cass Avenue, Mayor Joseph A. Marchese announced this week.
Marchese said Darien has a strong business community with a variety of businesses and welcomed High Haven.“Their business model promises to create a culture where compassion, respect, and trust between customers and employees are a priority,” Marchese said in a statement. Dan Gombac, Darien Director of Municipal Services said earlier attempts to attract a dispensary were extremely difficult.
Sulemanjee-Bortocek said “Darien has earned an excellent reputation as a business friendly community and our early dealings with the city confirms that reputation.”
