This week, countries told the United Nations gathering how poor infrastructure networks, unaffordable financing, increasing violence and terrorism are huge stumbling blocks.
What is the reason Africa is the most under developed continent in the world? Deal with the answer to that question and you might be able to trade out of poverty.
