JOHANNESBURG - Business Leadership South Africa calls for government to deal with the uncertainty around the current visa regime as it deters investment and entrance of critical skills.According to BLSA, currently some 56,000 foreigners working or intending to work in South Africa faced having their visas cancelled at the end of March, purely because Home Affairs has been unable to process their applications.
They were given a last-minute reprieve but the organisation says sustainable solutions need to be found.
