The rub: GEA is controlled by Kong, Tranglo’s major shareholder. It is apparently a small outfit: Kong is one of two GEA employees oncould not find any GEA website. In addition to the Hong Kong entity, there is also GEA Pte., a Singapore-incorporated payments processor. Both are owned by Gea Holdings Ltd., a Seamless Group subsidiary.
That’s because InFinT’s registration filing states that Tranglo “may make use of the ODL facility itself, and obtain extra liquidity”; no restrictions on this facility are mentioned.
