The woman used the company's email to tell McIntyre that she wanted to get the services of a mediator to assist in running the business and help facilitate contact.McIntyre responded:"How has this gone from being sympathetic saying it was not my fault to now being so cold with me and asking for outside help with it?"Miss Campbell added:"The attachment was a suicide note."A world without you and Vanilla Ink is not worth it.
His lawyer Sandy Morrison told the court:"He has to accept that he perhaps misread the signs [of banter].Mr Morrison added that there is an ongoing civil dispute with the firm formed in 2017.He said:"This behaviour should not have happened, you did not enjoy the experience of coming to court."
