A Reformer Pilates studio in Nottingham keeps on expanding and for the independent business, this is ‘only the start.’ With a studio in the city centre, Loughborough and Derby, there are studios coming to 60 Derby Road and 10A Gordon Road in West Bridgford.
Holly, who left a life of luxury travel to set up the Reformer Studio has thousands of customers between all studios and is growing. Reformer Pilates help with core strength, flexibility, mobility and overall physical fitness.Speaking at their city centre studio in Broadway, Holly, 34 said: “Our studios are beautiful, they’re aesthetically pleasing and we create a safe environment for everyone, always making them feel welcome.
The studio on Broadway was opened by Paralympic gold medallist Richard Whitehead in 2019. Now, many professional athletes use it, including Nottingham’s very own weightlifter Emily Campbell and Holly’s husband, professional boxer Ekow Essuman.With two new studios coming to Nottinghamshire soon, this will mean that in four years, Holly would have got married, had two children and opened five studios.Studio manager and Reformer Pilates Instructor Jess Jones spoke about her job.
