“It’s very secluded,” said Ota Vozeh of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented the home for sale alongside Leigh Calvert, another agent at the firm.
The home was built in 2004 but renovated over the past two years. The current owner put about $400,000 into renovations since purchasing it about two years ago, Vozeh said. That includes a new roof and HVAC system, among many new additions. The home has a wine cellar, its own elevator, a billiards room, a pub-style wet bar and a theater room. The garage has a special area for motorcycles outfitted with a Harley-Davidson theme.“Every room in this house feels like it has a story to tell. There’s this character and abundance throughout it,” Calvert said. “There’s not a space in the house that really feels untouched with attention.”
