Sure when you working 10,12,14 hrs and some weekends..

We had a sick room at one of the places I worked and I know people used to pretend they were sick and go for a power nap in there💤😴

If they'll ever send us home without demanding unpaid overtime, we could sleep at home every now and then

Or we could just lighten ppl's work loads and cut the work week down to 4 days instead of 5. This would give people a chance to have a proper rest and do things like attend doctor or other weekday appointments. Why should we spend most of our life working?

Maybe you are overworking your employees

Don't see this working in most places of work. If you are already pushed tight for harsh deadlines, chances are you won't even have time to think about a power nap. Many people don't even have the time for a proper lunch. Unless of course these naps are your lunch.

This is silly. Manage your sleep.

Power naps are not real naps, it's just another way for the company to keep you in the office and further blur the work/life balance. 'if they have a headache or don't feel well' they shouldn't be using the company nap room they should be taking Tylenol or going home for the day.
