We have 7f Handicap action on our cards here, and this could be a case of last chance saloon for the William Haggas trained. The 3-year-old appears to have lost his spark, but as a consequence is now too well handicapped to ignore.
He won the Listed Rockingham Stakes at York last season so he is a smart performer on his day, but he hasn't been firing on all cylinders on his last few starts. The upside to this is that his mark has plummeted from 103 all the way down to 85, and so naturally, on last season's form he looks thrown in. It could just be that he has fallen out of love with the game, but on these terms and at a price, you can roll the dice with the excellent Tom Marquand on board for the red-hot William Haggas yard.
