Speech writer Lucinda Holdforth and NIB chief executive Mark Fitzgibbon are ending their discussion by sharing their views on the qualities good leaders should possess. Fitzgibbon says a leader should have authenticity, humour and understand they are equal to their peers.

Holdforth says leaders should be forward-thinking and aware of the power they have within their organisation, including the areas where they lack it. “Leadership is about power, right?
