They don't listen to customers. They introduced real shredded turkey instead of the cold cuts for a while, it was really nice and tasted a whole lot better. What did they do after all the positive reviews? Change it back to the old cold cuts... I love ya Tim's but I'm not dumb.

Their primary source of revenue is HOT COFFEE. Their slow sales may be an indicator that their coffee has become crappy, and folks are waking up to that fact.

Sorry, for me TimHortons I dont go to there anymore because of the number of customer service and ordering issues Ive had across at least 15 stores over the years. Eventually I gave up. Starbucks, Second Cup? dont think Ive ever had a problem.
