A BUSINESS owner is furious after being told that CCTV, photographs and the blood of a burglar are “not enough evidence” for it to be brought to court.

Leicestershire Police investigated the incident and prepared a case file for the Crown Prosecution Service after Mr White sent them his footageLeicester Mercury.He has been given a “no further action” notice after investigators ruled there was not enough material to get a conviction in court.“We have CCTV, we have photos and we have blood. What else do they need?”He then climbed through the window and fled the scene with a number of hair products.
A Leicestershire Police spokesperson said: “Officers carried out a full and thorough investigation into the report, which included the review of CCTV, forensic samples being taken from the scene and the two suspects were interviewed regarding the investigation."A file was submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service for a charging decision and they made the decision that there was insufficient evidence to provide a realistic prospect of a conviction.
But had this chap of killed one of the raiders in self defence he would be charged with murder. Where is the justice?
