A complaint filed by Nevada’s gaming control board seeks to ban disgraced billionaire Steve Wynn from the casino industry by lisettevoytko

disgraced billionaire and former Las Vegas magnate Steve Wynn from the casino industry and says Wynn “is not a person of good character, honesty, and/or integrity.”at $3.1 billion, brought “discredit” to the state and its gaming industry after multiple sexual misconduct allegations made against him surfaced in 2018, according to the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

The 23-page complaint references the misconduct allegations reported by the press, which included alleged multimillion-dollar settlements and executives participating in coverups. The board seeks to impose a fine on Wynn as well as revoke his gaming license, among the charges in the complaint. Representatives for Wynn did not immediately respond to a request for comment, and he has previously denied the allegations.According to the complaint, Wynn’s conduct “was not consistent with good character and poses a threat to the public interest of the State of Nevada.”
