U.S. stock-index futures indicated a lackluster start of trade on Tuesday, following the best day for the S&P 500 and the Dow since early April. Wall Street will be watching for congressional testimony from Federal Reserve boss Jerome Powell and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin.
