N-word left on woman’s voicemail by business

Andreia Tyrie was looking for home repair services and came upon ABC Foundation Repair via ‘Angie,” an online referral service. When someone from the business called her back and left her a voicemail, things got really ugly. The man from the business thought the call had ended, but proceeded to say she had a “n***** name,” and she sounded like a “n*****.” Andreia was furious and called the business, who ended up telling her in a separate voicemail that the person had been fired. Andreia isn’t buying it.
