The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Dr Ramatu Aliyu, has condemned in strong terms the violence and killings at the Dei-Dei market.
It will be recalled that violence erupted at the Dei-Dei market in the nation’s capital on Wednesday following a clash between commercial motorcyclists and traders, leading to the death of at least five persons. She said peace does not bring about unity, rather unity brings about a peaceful coexistence among people of divergent historical, ethnic and religious affiliations.
