Fort Worth's ECI Software Solutions has announced the acquisition of U.K.-based software and services company ES Tech Group for an undisclosed price, according to a news release. ES Tech Group provides eCommerce services to small and medium-sized manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers. The acquisition is part of ECI's plan to expand its eCommerce portfolio and further investments in the digital economy and markets not served today.“Every industry we serve needs an eCommerce strategy to meet customer expectations and support growth,”
