Meet the Business Times' new class of Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business.

BA from CSU Long Beach; Human Resources Management Certificate, George Mason UniversityAchieving and maintaining 100% pay equity across gender and race/ethnicity at Rodan + Fields. Attaining pay equity was a monumental milestone for the company, but I am most proud that we have maintained it for three years running. The real work is in the business decisions that get made almost every day that impact our ability to maintain pay fairness.

If you’re uncomfortable, it means you’re pushing yourself and taking risks, which is the only way to grow. The only way to thrive is to seek out the discomfort.It can be harder for women to access the same professional networks as men, which makes it more challenging for them to find strong professional mentors and advocates.
