Every time I hear a business owner complain about government regulation and oversight, I think of things like this. Red tape and regulation exist for a reason--companies will NOT police themselves, and the consequences are terrible.

Hope it was true that the baby powder was not harmful and if it was that they did not know. Given them the benefit of doubt until it is absolutely PROVEN. However if it is then that is criminal and those involved need to be held accountable.
