You obviously 'know nothing' abt U.S. Fed Reserve policies. trump - even if he was an educated, intelligent and well-versed president re: economy, markets, etc - is not allowed 2 influence the Fed Res decisions...the Fed Res would not let itself be swayed by even a savvy pres.
