One of the men had a gun and used it to demand money from the victim.The victim handed the men a briefcase from his car, reportedly containing $60,000 in cash.
“Police found him. He still had handcuffs on him. He had a laceration to his head,” said Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small, according to the news outlet.
