Several buildings located within the Thunderbird Business Park were recently acquired for $7 million — the first time this portfolio has been sold in 20 years.
“This purchase demonstrates the long-term stability and investment strength of the Phoenix metro industrial market,” Shteir said in a statement. “We have had this property assignment for 20 years and have watched local industrial demand skyrocket over that time. We look forward to a continued strong relationship with the tenants at Thunderbird Business Park and promoting this neighborhood for small business owners.
With 38 luxury homes, Banyan Preserve was 5% occupied when the $19.4 million transaction closed in November. Three and four -bedroom homes range between 1,589 and 2,23 square feet and 10-foot ceilings, attached 2-car garage and built in doggy door leading to a private backyard. The transaction for the newly built property closed on Dec. 2, and Clear Title Agency Commercial Branch Manager, Dawn Zenobi provided escrow services, the agency said.
