Madigan is run by a creative couple, who both share a passion for Irish design and their rich family heritage.
Many creative people are inspired by influential people in their lives, but Elaine and Richard Madigan had a particularly strong family tradition to follow on from. Richard comes from a 4th generation family of watchmakers and jewellers, while Elaine’s mother, a seamstress, taught her to design beautiful garments.
Having met at just 15, the duo have combined their talents in various ways over the years, including a jewellery brand and a boutique store. Elaine noticed a gap in the market for a luxury Irish-made cashmere collection, and
