Cammiso, who came from a similar position at William Ryan Homes, has worked for several homebuilders over the past 30 years, including Woodside Homes, Trend Homes and Hacienda Builders in a variety of capacities. She has managed all facets of homebuilding, including operations, sale, land, warranty, architecture, customer service and design center.
"With our current pricing and below market rate financing, buyers are showing a renewed sense of urgency to purchase than we experienced in late 2022," Cammiso said."With the interest rates potentially leveling out, this is shaping up to be a better year for sales," she said."We are also seeing decreases in production costs, which is welcome after the significant increases over the past few years.
Homes also will feature indoor/outdoor living options and 14 different floor plans. Prices will begin in the $300,000s, with sales expected to launch in March.
