Capital One has created and implemented various technology programs such as Women in Tech, Blacks in Tech and Hispanics in Tech to attract great talent and to help elevate the focus on inclusion in technology through awareness, engagement and education. The finance company also created an Equality Allies program to raise awareness of the inequalities that women and underrepresented groups face in tech and identify ways that allies can help as part of the solution.

Capital One also offers computer programs to young students and college graduates to promote a career in STEM or aid in their technical knowledge.
