Flames shoot out of 2nd floor windows while crews try to get inside West Side business

Officials said when they arrived, they were met with heavy fire shooting out of the second floor windows. Firefighters had trouble trying to get inside the business, but once inside, they were able to knock the fire down pretty quickly.
