Why not legislate to have all women companies and all male companies. We could then eliminate the glass ceiling and jobs for the boys etc. Would other hierarchies emerge? Yes.

Why are those that don’t identify as male or female discriminated against due to male/female quotas? auspol theage

But gender is a social construct, apparently! So where actually is the problem? Who is to say what people identify as? There may very well be .3% in these companies who identify as percentages!

Wow! hire people because of their gender and not qualifications. A question, where is the article on low female participation in Garbage and bricklayer jobs? Hmm...
