Proven ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate discussions and workshops to understand requirements. Capable of delivering formal presentations to diverse teams, including UX, BA, Engineers, Test Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers.Proficiency in Enterprise Architect , Excel, Confluence, and JIRA.
