Top vegan cafe hits the market after 6 years with rent just £19K per year

Serenity Now on Great Western Road has hit the market with rent priced at £19,000 per year.

A premium has been set at £45,000 and the lease is for 15 years from July 10, 2017, to July 9, 2032 however there is a break option on July 9, 2027.
