Texas Governor Greg Abbott is asking lawmakers to consider legislation that would block or restrict investment companies from buying single-family homes.
Temel said the number of single-family homes purchased by investment companies has been steadily increasing for years now. Associate Broker with Becker Properties, Spencer Skubik said he’s also seen investment companies buy new homes.
