PETALING JAYA: A discussion has been held with the logistics industry on the implementation of the targeted diesel subsidy programme, says Treasury secretary-general Datuk Johan Mahmood Merican.

"As laid out in Budget 2024, the government will implement subsidy rationalization to prevent continuous pilfering and smuggling of diesel," said the Finance Ministry in a statement on Facebook on Saturday .
