A boba company is apologizing after Chinese Canadian actor Simu Liu voiced concerns about cultural appropriation on CBC’s “Dragons’ Den.” On Thursday's episode of the “Shark Tank”-style show, Sébastien Fiset and Jess Frenette, founders of a Quebec-based bottled bubble tea brand called Bobba, were seeking $1 million in exchange for 18% of the company.
