The Enugu State Electricity Regulatory Commission, EERC, Tuesday, assumed full regulatory oversight of the Enugu State electricity market. This is following the lapsing of the transition period for the transfer of regulatory oversight from the Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission to the state agency.
