Salt Lake City finalizes agreements with Miller Company, Utah on major Fairpark growth

<p>SALT LAKE CITY — Leaders of Utah's capital city swung for the fences Tuesday, approving three agreements that finalize a new Fairpark district that could house an MLB team someday.

</p><p>The vote included a provision that the city enter into a development agreement outlining terms of future growth plans, including affordable housing goals.
